We recruit only the best

And by best, we don’t mean the most skilled, we mean the most genuine and the most natural.

Everything else we can teach you.

It really doesn’t matter if you’ve never boiled an egg before. If you have a great smile and want to make our guests feel good – you’ve already got what it takes.

So many people have been working with us for years. Some have been promoted from kitchen through to general manager. And even those who leave us for new experiences, always come back to say hello over a bowl of fresh pasta or a quick espresso.
